One Coffee, Two Coffee

Summer finally turns to fall and we are excited that we can finally be outside without being punished by the heat! Fall can mean coziness, warm colors, giving thanks; for us, fall gives fresh perspective. As we have been busy rebranding, we knew we couldn't ignore the possibility to bring in new coffee.

We have been excited about these coffees since they hit our cupping table. Our goal was to branch out from our normal coffees with flavor profiles that are new to us. Both of these coffees fill that description.

Worka Sakaro is an anaerobic natural from Ethiopia. When we tried it, we knew it had to be on our menu. This one is truly funky. From beans to drink, the fragrance fills the room. Don't let that scare you! The fragrance is fruity and smells of grapes. Although it is funky, we can drink this every single day. This coffee also reminds us that one coffee is never the same as another.

Hello Judges is truly special. In the coffee industry, gesha is a very sought after coffee. It is rare, delicate, and delicious. This specific coffee is from the Altos De Quitupamba farm in Colombia and is a honey process. It is truly exceptional. We are so excited for people to try this coffee as this is the highest end coffee we have brought in!
