This coffee is a very well balanced, natural processed coffee. We taste blueberry pie, papaya and balanced.

About the Origin

This Guatemala coffee is imported by Covoya. Their Blue Ayarza mark signifies beautiful coffee and an even more beautiful region. The region of Ayarza is marked by two beautiful lakes, Laguna de Ayarza and Laguna Azul. These lakes were formed by volcanoes that collapsed, creating craters that water has since filled.

There are many legends surrounding these lakes and we recommend you brew a cup and do a little Google search!
